S L Architectural & Building Services Ltd is the creation of Sean Lockhead, a qualified Architectural Technician working in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. We have a reputation for high quality architectural work.
For home extensions, alterations and conversions, the company only engages with experienced or qualified tradesmen who can match these standards, working with builders who are members of the Building Federation, electricians with SELECT recognition, and Corgi registered plumbers. With our excellent project management, you can be sure of a first class finished job.
If you have your own preferred tradespeople, we can provide architectural services including the production of architectural drawings, obtaining planning permission, and building warrants. We can then continue to manage the project on your behalf. With your project in safe hands, you can turn your thoughts to the colour schemes, furnishings and how you’re going to enjoy your new lifestyle.
