Sean provided a very professional service after we required an existing garage to be demolished and a plans for a replacement to be drawn up and submitted to our local council for permission. Used Sean for both architectural services and building project management and was happy with all services. Sean came up with the drawings and then project managed all the work for our garage conversion and utility extension. The process was completely hassle-free for us. The builders and tradespeople were all excellent and turned up exactly when they should, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Once project started the works took place smoothly with no real breaks in work, the works were planned well with extension more or less complete prior to the breakthrough meaning the disruption to the house was minimal. Sunroom extension designed and overseen

Sean designed and excellent sunroom within the criteria given, applied for and achieved planning/building warrants, helped to select the tradespeople, oversaw the work with periodic visits, signed it off when finished and finally submitted details for and obtained the completion certificate. I also requested some changes to the plans which turned out to be an error of judgement and Sean very professionally oversaw a mid-build change which completely saved the day, all without fuss and for which I am extremely grateful.
