- Client looking for as 'Large' an extension as possible to be built on their terraced property.
- They had been advised by a 'Double Glazing' company that the maximum projection was 3.0m.
- We advised 'correctly' that they could go up to 4.0m, so long as the extension footprint did not exceed 16.0m2 'Permitted Development'
- The structural harled corner columns were introduced to give authentic design and help comply with Glazed Area calculations.
