Extend Existing Dormer

  • This traditional granite building had an existing dormer to the top floor bedroom.
  • However access to this bedroom was via the original steep loft steps.
  • We replaced the steps with a modern staircase to comply with current Building Regulations.
  • Also extended existing dormer to form Shower room En Suite and landing to new stair.
